Ur a Fish

Soap was disappointed when all of his "siblings" just took a nap and magically sprouted upgrades while he didn't get anything cool. In reality, he'd already gotten his, but it hadn't shown itself. Needless to say, he was pretty surprised when he submerged in water and his legs disappeared.
He's getting a mervoloon form via the Melanoid After Event as long as that's a thing I can do
It seems weird to get something so costly :'D
And, with that, he's pretty much done!
